I'm still collecting quilt blocks from supporters and people concerned about Shawn. The onl requirement I have is that the blocks be no smaller than 12x12. But I am no longer pushing to have the quilt done by the end of January.

I found out today that there is talk of having another, smaller benefit possibly in Febuary and am starting on a quilt/lap quilt to donate.

So if anyone is interested in makeing and donateing a block for Shawns quilt but was hesitant because of the previous dead line, you have time now. As I get the blocks in I will post and I will keep collecting them as long as there are people interested in contributing.

And before anyone starts jumping to conclusions, Shawn's quilt is to be a gift from everyone who contributes a block to the Akers.

Please do not send the blocks to the Foundation address as they are very busy and even thought they all know about the quilt I kinda wanna keep everyone blocks as a surprise.
